Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to the age Group of 20-60 Years Diagnosed cases of gridhishi (sciatica) Patients having Classical symptopms of Gridhrasi. Patients having Positive SLR test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients Below 20 years or above 60 years. uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus and hypertension. T.B. of spine and hip joint. Malignancy of spine or other organs. history of spine fracture (trauma) pregnancy Anaemic patient having hb less than 8gm/dl any other severe illness
