Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults from 45 to 75 undergone coronary artery bypass graft surgery. Hemodynamically stable and able to participate in physiotherapy interventions post operative day 1. Willingness to give informed consent and comply with the rehabilitation protocol. ability to perform pulmonary function tests and respiratory exercises.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of significant pulmonary disease such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, restrictive lung diseases, or pnuemonia prior to surgery. Postoperative complicatiopns such as prolonged mechanical ventilation, unstable hemodynamics, excessive suture site oozing, infection, or need for intensive care beyond standard protocol. Nuerological or musculoskeletal disorders that impede participation in exercise interventions. Severe cognitive impairment, psychiatric disorders, or inability to follow commands. Patients at high risk of pulmonary complications, including advanced age above 80 or significant comorbidities will not be compatible with physiotherapy. Refusal or inability to give informed consent.
