Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: University-level football players with a minimum one year competitive playing experience and willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of significant lower limb injury, musculoskeletal disorder affecting lower extremity, neurological or cardiovascular disorder, recent musculoskeletal surgery, or current participation in advanced sports training program
