Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients of age 18-6O years. Low anal fistulas. High anal fistulas. Patient willing to take the treatment. Patient who has signed informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 18 and above the age of 60 years pregnant and lactating mothers Anal fistula associated with one or more of the following conditions such as tuberculosis acute or chronic ulcerative colitis crohns disease positive cases of venereal diseases HIV and HBsAg positive cases
