Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children with age group of 7 to 12 years Sex:male and female children Enlarged tonsils with Brodsky scale Grade 2 and above Clinical scoring for acute pharyngo tonsillitis 4to 8

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Oral candidiasis: Children with white pseudo membrane patches on tongue/oropharynx/ hard and soft palate were excluded. K/C/O Tuberculosis Peritonsillar abscess: Children with symptoms like abscess near tonsil, trismus will be excluded. Tonsillar hemorrhage
