Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children to older adults aged 3-65 years 2 Confirmed UMN lesion diagnosis with spasticity more than 1 month. 3 Minimum static balance score of Berg balance Scale more than or equal to 20 4 Modified Ashworth scale (MAS) scores 1+ to 3 5 Madate cognitive capacity (MMSE more than or equal to 24) 6 Stable medical condition. 7 Ability to stand with or without assistance. FIM score 3 to 7

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Recent lower limb fractures less than 12 weeks or unhealed wounds 2 Deep vein thrombosis or thrombotic conditions. 3 Severe osteoporosis T score less than or equal to minus 3.5 4 Acute joint replacement less than 6 months or implants 5 Recent orthopedic surgery less than 6 months 6 Uncontrolled epilepsy or seizures 7 Botulinum toxin or chemodenervation less than 6 months 8 Baclofen pump or intrathecal therapy
