Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are presenting with Acute kidney injury as per the KDIGO 2012 definition. Patients who do not have any history of prior hospital admission in the last 48 hours. Patients who consented to being included in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with baseline chronic kidney disease. Patient with underlying malignancies. Patient is less than 12 years of age. Patients with obstructive uropathy. Patients with a history of previous hospital admission in the last 48 hours. Patient lost to follow-up or not willing.
