Intervention1: 1 Burst tens 2 core activation exercise: 1 Position two electrodes anteriorly over core muscles 2 cm lateral to umblicus, targeting transverse abdominis and obliques bilaterally burs

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual aged 35-60 years Suffering from CLBP more than 3 months Both males and female patients Willing to participate Able to follow simple instruction VAS more than 4 Diagnosed weakness of core muscle

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Any recent abdominal surgery in 1 year 2.Diagnosed Neurological, psychological, and rheumatically disorders 3.Pregnancy 4.Any skin infection, lesions, or change in sensation at the TENS application site 5.Diagnosed Cancer patients 6.Patients with implanted Cardiac pacemaker 7.Skin allergy to electrodes
