Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Young adults aged 18 years to 25 years. Subjects with upper chest breathing or poor diaphragmatic control identifying using HI LO test. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recent thoracic or abdominal surgery Rib fractures or severe chest wall deformities Acute respiratory conditions (e.g pneumonia, COPD, asthma attack) Dizziness and Shortness of breath ( A day before or on assessment)
