Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Finished chemotherapy and is in clinical remission. 2. 6 to 24 months post chemotherapy 3. Peripheral neuropathy clinically proved to be caused by chemotherapy. 4. Neuropathy Partial or generalized length dependent, distal symmetric sensory motor peripheral polyneuropathy, with or without upper limb involvement, characterized mostly by lower limbs. 5. The severity of the neuropathy will consist of mild and moderate NCI CTCAE Grade 1 or 2. 6. Healthy, medically fit and allowed to engage in monitored physical activity by the treating oncologist. 7. Capacity to make an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Active malignancy or persistent chemotherapy. 2. Severe neuropathy NCI CTCAE Grade greater than 3. Non chemotherapy etiology of pre-existing peripheral neuropathy. 4. Marked heart, respiratory or neuromuscular disorders against exercise. 5. Compliance impaired by cognitive impairment. 6. Enrollment in trials of concurrent interventional rehabilitation.
