Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Availability to complete the training and assessment components of the structured tool Postgraduate trainees from the Department of Anaesthesiology, Obstetrics and Gynaecology, General Surgery, and Orthopaedics will be recruited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants who do not give the consent Participants who have already completed formal, advanced fellowship- level training in ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia Inability to complete the training or assessment due to: Time constraints Health issues Other reasons
