Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients having signs and symptoms of Arshas. Patients having II-degree& III-degree Haemorrhoids.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with Grade IV internal haemorrhoids that are irreducible or associated with strangulation Presence of other anorectal conditions such as fistula-in-ano, anal fissure, abscess, Carcinoma of rectum Individuals suffering from systemic illnesses like uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, Patients with bleeding disorders or those taking anticoagulant therapy Immunocompromised patient Portal Hypertension Cirrhotic liver Pregnant women
