Exclusion criteria: 1.Known diabetes mellitus 2.Thyroid disorders 3.Chronic systemic illness 4.Current hormonal therapy

Diagnostic accuracy of TyG index and QUICKI in detecting insulin resistance compared with HOMA-IR using ROC-AUC, sensitivity, specificity, predictive values, and optimal cut-off points.Timepoint: Assessment will be within one year.
