Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Participants experiencing recurrent motion sickness symptoms 2.Subjects with mild to moderate motion sickness as determined by a standardized questionnaire with score (16 35) (e.g., Motion Sickness Susceptibility Questionnaire).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of neurological, vestibular, or inner ear disorders (e.g., vertigo, vestibular neuritis). 2.Cervical spine injury, recent trauma, or surgery affecting the neck. 3.Ear Infection, Cerebellar ataxia, Parkinson disease, Vestibular impairments 4.BPPV 5.Vertigo, Hearing Loss 6.Meniere s disease 7.Blindness 8.Presence of psychiatric illness, migraine-associated dizziness, or systemic conditions that could interfere with testing or exercise performance.
