Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects confirmed by TSH equal or greater 5.0mIU/L with or without associated decrease in T3 and T4 Both freshly detected and subjects of primary hypothyroidism on converntional medication will be taken Subject who are fit for basti karma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subject suffering with congenital hypothroidism cretinism and secondary hypothyroidism subject who are underwent any type of thyroid surgery pregnant women and lactating mother subject suffering any systemic disorder like renal disease, bronchial asthama, COPD, Cardiac disorder which would interfere the present study

assessment will be done based on scoring system 19 with subjective parameters like; Reduction in symptoms ;- Agninasha, angasada, Dry Skin, COnstipation, hair loss, Puffiness of face. Objective paramters : TSH, BMI, BodyweightTimepoint: after 41th days of treatment
