Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: acute trauma hemodynamically unstable PPI reading normal at the time of admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: dead on arrival already on vasopressors peripheral arterial disease

to determine the threshold value of PPI for early shock and resucitationTimepoint: at 0, 6 and 12 hours

MeasureTime frame
to determine the use of vasopressors, blood transfusion & fluid therapyTimepoint: to assess at admission , 6 hours & 12 hours
