Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy young adults aged 18 25 years Ability to safely perform both exercise protocols with correct technique Female participants will be studied during the early follicular phase

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diagnosed cardiovascular or metabolic disorders Current use of medications affecting autonomic function Recent musculoskeletal injury Hypertension resting BP greater than or equal to 140/90 mmHg Active smoking or nicotine use Pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
lnRMSSD as the primary index of vagal reactivationTimepoint: A Baseline measurement and Participants will rest in a supine position for a 40 minute after exercise Continuous ECG recording will be done HRV analysis at early recovery phase 3 to 7 minutes and every 10 minutes up to 40 minutes post exercise
