Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Females aged 18 25 years PMS symptoms present Able to follow verbal instructions Regular menstrual cycles

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Irregular menstrual cycle Gynecological disorders On hormonal or PMS-related medication Pregnancy or lactation Musculoskeletal or neurological disorders Medical conditions contraindicating exercise Unwilling to participate
