Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Participants have classical signs & symptoms of Avabahuka 2 Participants suitable for Nasya Karma 3 Participants willing to sign written consent form for participation in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Pregnant & lactating women 2 Dislocation and fracture affecting the shoulder joint 3 Participants with any disorders which interfere with the line of treatment of Avabahuka like OA etc

The secondary outcome of the study will include assessment of tenderness around the shoulder joint improvement in muscle strength & enhancement in quality of life of the patients the study will also observe the safety & tolerability of the treatment regimen & record any adverse effects during the trial period Overall clinical improvement & patient satisfaction after completion of therapy will also be evaluatedTimepoint: 18
