Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
1 Mechanical power of ventilator in peri operative period 2 Post operative pulomary complications (atelectasis, pneumonia,ARDS,re intubation)Timepoint: 1 Mechanical power of ventilator in peri operative period-INTRA OPERATIVE AND POST OPERATIVE PERIOD EVERY SECOND HOURLY FOR 24 HOURS 2 Post-operative pulmonary complications-POST 12 HOURS EVERY SECOND HOURLY IN Post-operative WARD

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1 To assess the relationship between Mechanical Power and Post operative oxygenation Pa02 divided by Fi02 2 Length of hospital stay Timepoint: Pa02 divided by Fi02 at 6 hours 12 hours 24 hours in Post-operative WARD
