Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: WHO Category II or III dog-bite patients attending selected CHCs. Prescribed rabies PEP or continuing an ongoing PEP schedule. Resident in study area for more than 1 month. Provide informed consent/assent. Access to a mobile phone for receiving reminders.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients presenting for the final scheduled PEP dose only. Refusal to participate or inability to provide consent. Planning to move away during follow-up. Invalid or unavailable contact details for reminder delivery.
