Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: playing experiance minimum 1year Age group: 18-25 years Individuals Not engaged in other Sports. Without any injuries of both upper and lower extremity from past 1 year Players who play with leather ball

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: players who are recreational . low back pain , fractures and dislocations of upper and lower extremity Players who play with other bowls except leather.
