Intervention1: Structured Warm up Protocol: Table tennis specific warm up protocol will be compared with conventional unstructured warm up protocol in competitive athletes. This is a 4 week protocol

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Table Tennis players in the age group 12 to 18 Both the males and females playing experience more than a year

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having MSK injury in past 6 months Unable to follow command Disabled athlete
