Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical signs & symptoms of Ardhavabhedaka i.e pain in half region of head, manya (sides of neck), Bhru(brow), Akshi(eyes), Shankh(temporal region), Karan(ear), Lalata(forehead), and Migraine described as per ayurvedic and modern science. Diagnosed case of Migraine along with to be diagnosed cases as described in ayurvedic and modern science. Patients between the age group of 18 years to 60 years of either sex.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients not willing to participate. Patients less than 18 years and above 60 years Pathological condition occurring in eye ,ear, nose and oral cavity. Patients suffering from Intracranial Space-Occupying Lesion (ICSOL) Patient suffering from any other from of headache apart from Ardhavbedhaka (Migraine) Patient suffuring from any systemic diseases

Assessment of improvement in ardhavbedhaka (migraine) symptoms, including intensity of headache, frequency of headache, duration of headache, nausea, vomiting, vertigo, photophobia and phonophobia.Timepoint: Baseline and Day 30
