Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Actively playing at state and university level for at least 6 months. 2. On the basis of CAIT(Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool) score. 3. Willingness to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.History of musculoskeletal disorders or neurological impairments. 2. Recent orthopaedic surgery (within 6 months).
