Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: .Age between 20 To 45 years .Diagnosed with cervicogenic headache by neurologist .Presence of active myofascial trigger points in cervical muscles .Headache duration more than 3 months .willingness to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: .Secondary headache (tumor, infection, vascular malformation) .Migraine or tension type headache .other Cognitive or neurological impairment (cannot follow instructions) .Recent cervical injections (less than 3 months) .Malignancy in cervical region .Skin lesions or wounds at trigger point site .Pregnancy .Severe cervical radiculopathy or myelopathy
