Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients clinically diagnosed with acute tonsillitis. Patient indicating symptoms similar to drug picture of Hepar Sulphuris Calcareum. Patients among 18-40 years of age group. Patients of all genders. Patients willing to give informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with chronic tonsillitis and associated complication such as Tonsillar or peritonsillar abscess, Parapharyngeal or Retropharyngeal Abscess, Acute Otitis Media, Rheumatic fever, Acute glomerulonephritis, Sub acute bacterial endocarditis. Patient with Fever above 102 Fahrenheit or developing febrile convulsions. Patient with stridor. Females who are pregnant and lactating. Patients who have taken other line of treatment in the past 1 month. Cases with suspected Immune compromised patients.
