Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy individuals Engaged in recreational exercise or sedentary lifestyle Willing to participate and provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Young adults representing any sport in the last one year at state or national level. History of metabolic bone disease, endocrine disorders, or inflammatory arthritis History of fracture in the last 12 months Pregnancy
