Inclusion criteria: Patient undergoing classical virechana Patient undergoing classical virechana for rejuvenation therapy Patient having normal levels of lipid profiles within 30days of test Patients with BMI less 28kg m2 Patient undergoing classical virechana in Sharad kala Undergoing shodhananga snehapana with Murchita ghrita and Panchatikta guggulu ghrita Patients fit for Virechana

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known case of DM,CA, TB patients On dislipedemic medications Hypothyroidism patients Known case of Cushing Syndrome, Nephrotic Syndrome and Chronic kidney disease
