Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Teachers aged 23 to 60 years will be included. 2.Phase 1 (Data Collection): Faculty members of colleges and universities with a minimum of one year of teaching experience who are willing to participate and provide informed consent will be included in Phase 1, where data will be collected using a structured Google Form to assess the level of Psychological Stress. 3.Phase 2 (Intervention Phase): In Phase 2, participants identified with moderate levels of Psychological Stress based on the screening results will be included and will undergo Brain Gym exercises as an intervention.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Not willing to participate 2.Faculty members with migraine headaches 3.Diagnosed with a psychological condition 4.History of neurosurgery or cognitive damage
