Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy (Diplegic type). 2. Age group between 5 12 years (ambulatory age). 3. GMFCS Levels I III (ambulatory with or without assistive device). 4. Presence of gait abnormalities such as toe walking, drop foot, or crouch gait. 5. Medically stable and cleared for orthotic intervention. 6. Ability to follow simple verbal instructions. 7. Parent/guardian willing to provide informed consent and participate in monitoring. 8.No recent (within 6 months) orthopedic surgeries or Botulinum Toxin (Botox) injections.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Medical Complications: Uncontrolled seizures or severe respiratory/cardiovascular disorders. 2. Skin/Pool Issues: Open wounds, skin infections, or chlorine allergies that prevent pool use. 3. Physical Limitations: Fixed joint contractures or hip dislocations that would prevent safe treadmill use. 4. Concurrent Therapy: Participation in other intensive gait-specific research programs during the study period.
