Intervention1: conventional suturing: To evaluate the effectiveness of the conventional suturing technique in improving peri-implant soft tissue thickness and esthetic outcomes in the esthetic zone.

Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Seibert classI ridge defect 2. Non Smokers, systematically healthy patients 3. Single missing tooth in aesthetic zone 4. Thin Gingival Biotype
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic conditions affecting wound healing 2. Heavy smokers 3. Severe vertical ridge defects (Seibert Class II/III) 4. Poor oral hygiene

| At the 3-month follow-up, patients treated with the Modified Roll Flap technique are expected to show improved peri-implant soft tissue thickness, better soft tissue contour and stability, enhanced Pink Esthetic Score (PES), and satisfactory healing with minimal complications compared to the conventional closure group.
