Intervention1: conventional suturing: To evaluate the effectiveness of the conventional suturing technique in improving peri-implant soft tissue thickness and esthetic outcomes in the esthetic zone.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Seibert classI ridge defect 2. Non Smokers, systematically healthy patients 3. Single missing tooth in aesthetic zone 4. Thin Gingival Biotype

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic conditions affecting wound healing 2. Heavy smokers 3. Severe vertical ridge defects (Seibert Class II/III) 4. Poor oral hygiene

Primary

MeasureTime frame
At the 3-month follow-up, patients treated with the Modified Roll Flap technique are expected to show improved peri-implant soft tissue thickness, better soft tissue contour and stability, enhanced Pink Esthetic Score (PES), and satisfactory healing with minimal complications compared to the conventional closure group. The conventional suturing group is expected to show adequate healing but comparatively lesser soft tissue volume and esthetic enhancement. Timepoint: At the 3-month follow-up

At the 6-month follow-up and 9-month follow-up, patients treated with the Modified Roll Flap technique are expected to show improved peri-implant soft tissue thickness, better soft tissue contour and stability, enhanced Pink Esthetic Score (PES), and satisfactory healing with minimal complications compared to the conventional closure group. The conventional suturing group is expected to show adequate healing but comparatively lesser soft tissue volume and esthetic enhancement.
