Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female college-going students aged 18 to 25 years who are regular users of flat footwear at least 4 days per week and willing to participate by providing informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of foot fracture or foot surgery, congenital foot deformities, neurological or systemic disorders affecting gait, and current use of custom foot orthotics.
