Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Adult 18-70 years patients 2.Stable cardiovascular disease 3.Elective ENT surgery with the use of suspension laryngoscopy 4.Surgical duration upto 60 min

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Refusal to consent 2.ASA 3/4 3.Any cardiomyopathy or severe ventricular dysfunction 4.Presence of any predictor of difficult intubation 5.Contraindication to the use of local anaesthetics or regional anaesthesia placement 6.preoperative hoarseness of voice or voice change 7.Local site infection,bleeding,diathesis
