Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Registered nurses working in Critical Care Units (CCUs) for more than 6 months in the selected oncology hospital in Mumbai. 2. Nurses who are willing to participate and provide informed consent. 3. Nurses with age group between 21 to 50 years will be selected for the study. 4. Nurse who are available during the period of data collection and capacity- building program. 5. Patients who are admitted in CCU for more than 24 hours (age group of 18 to 65 years)will be selected for the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Nurses who are on extended leave during the period of the study. 2. Nurses and patients who are not willing to participate in the study. 3. Patients with prior neurological or psychiatric illness. Patient with severe cognitive impairment unrelated to the acute illness
