Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients having regular Menstrual Cycle, Patients who score more than 24 on MSQ (Menstrual Symptom Questionnaire)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on any Hormonal Therapy Pregnant or Lactating Women Known cases of Thyroid disorders and PCOS Patients with painful menses due to any other gyaenacological pathology (secondary dysmenorrhea)
