Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Skeletal Class I or mild skeletal Class II (ANB angle 2 to 5 ) 2)Unilateral/ Bilateral dental Class II molar relationship (greater than or equal to cusp) 3)Patients with fully erupted third molars will undergo extraction prior to initiation of molar distalization. Patients with congenitally missing or unerupted third molars will also be included in the study. 4)Mild to moderate maxillary crowding (less than or equal to 5 mm) where non-extraction treatment with molar distalization is planned. 5)Average or Horizontal growth pattern

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Severe skeletal Class II (ANB more than 5 ) 2)Missing, impacted, or malformed maxillary posterior teeth 3)Poor oral hygiene, active caries, or periodontal disease 4)Craniofacial asymmetry, cleft lip or palate, or temporomandibular disorders 5)Patients with previous orthodontic treatment 6)Severe vertical growth pattern, hyperdivergent cases 7)Patients requiring extraction-based orthodontic treatment 8)Systemic conditions affecting bone metabolism, such as uncontrolled diabetes or osteoporosis 9)Patients on medications that affect bone turnover, like long-term corticosteroids or bisphosphonates 10)Patients with parafunctional habits, such as severe bruxism. 11)Inadequate palatal anatomy for mini-implant placement, including shallow palate or palatal pathology. 12)Patients unwilling to participate or unable to provide informed consent.
