Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with signs and symptoms of Ksheenashukra like Dourbalya, Mukhashosha, Panduta, Sadana, Shrama. 2. Male subjects aged between 21 and 50 years. 3. Diagnosed case of Oligoasthenozoospermia 4. Sperm count less than 15 million per ml 5. Motility less than 40Percentage 6. Subjects who are willing to give informed consent form 7. Subjects fit for virechana, Niruha basti, Uttara basti

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects with Azoospermia. 2. Subjects with Congenital disorders related to reproductive system such as bilateral absence of the vas deferens, cryptorchidism, marfans syndrome, Klinefelter s syndrome. 3. Subjects with Diabetes Mellitus RBS more than 300 mg per dl 4. Subjects with Hypertension associated with Renal impairment, Cardiac dysfunction, Vascular changes. And other associated disorders which interfere with ongoing Intervention.
