Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults 35-55 years more than or equals to 20 teeth, Generalized periodontitis (2018 classification, stage II-III), According To ICDAS II Score 0, At least one quadrant with vital pulp teeth, Willingness for therapy and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Endodontic infections requiring immediate treatment, Recent antibiotics or probiotics, Uncontrolled diabetes, Immunosuppression, Pregnancy, Allergy to study projects.
