Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both sexes above the age 18 years. 2. The patients having complaints of I and II-degree internal hemorrhoids will be taken for the study after per rectal examination. 3. Patients between 18 to 80 years of age. 4. Patients willing to undergo trial and ready to give informed and written consent. 5. Patients with Controlled Diabetes Mellitus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients below the age of 18 years and above the age of 80 years. 2. Patients with any other Ano-rectal disease like Fistula-in-Ano, Fissure in Ano, Rectal prolapse. 3. Patients suffering from systemic diseases such as Ulcerative colitis, Crohn s disease, Cirrhosis of liver, Uncontrolled Diabetes Mellitus, Tuberculosis and Heart disease . 4. Patients with Evidence of malignancy. 5. HIV, Hepatitis B/C positive patients. 6. Pregnancy and Lactation. 7. Ulcerated hemorrhoids.
