Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults (more than 18 years old) of any sex, presented with wrist injury. Standard, de-identified posterioanterior and lateral wrist radiographs. Controls - Radiographs of wrists without any fractures or other osseous pathology, matched for age and sex distribution to fracture cases.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Radiographs with motion blur, severe under- or over-exposure, inappropriate centering, or missing views. Non-standard projections (e.g., carpal tunnel, clenched fist views). Prior Wrist Pathology - History of wrist surgery or fixation hardware (plates, screws). Pre-existing degenerative changes (advanced osteoarthritis) or inflammatory arthropathies affecting carpal bone appearance. Non-Traumatic Lesions - Pathological fractures (e.g., from bone tumors, infection). Congenital variants or accessory ossicles mistaken for fractures. Pediatric age group of less than 18years are excluded
