Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: confirmed primary hypertension willing to provide informed consent able to perform the exercise as in screening session

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: secondary hypertension chronic kidney disease diabetes mellitus history of heart failure copd thyroid disorders current malignancies use od systemic corticosteroids pregnancy and breastfeeding any yoga or breathing exercises unwilling to comply with the protocol
