Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with Bell s palsy within last 4 weeks. House-Brackmann Grade II to V. Access to smartphone and internet. Willing to provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent or bilateral Bell s palsy. Associated neurological/neuromuscular disorder. Severe cognitive impairment limiting participation. Patients without basic digital literacy or technology access.
