Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with clinical criteria of Amavata, Patients with clinical criteria of rheumatoid arthritis, Patients who are eligible for vasti karma, Patients of RA POSITIVE and RA NEGATIVE Patients who are willing to join the study by signing the consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below 18 years and above 60 years of age, Chronicity more than 10 years, Patients with deformities, Systemic diseases like uncontrolled diabetes, hypertension, TB, Patients who are not eligible for vasti karma pregnant women and lactating mother patients with malignancy and Hiv patients who are using biologic drugs

To compare the therapeutic outcomes of Churna vasti and Gomutra vaitarana vasti using both ayurvedic and modern clinical parameters.Timepoint: 45 days
