Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients with Age between 18 and 50 years ,ACL rupture confirmed by clinical examination and MRI, willingness to participate in study and provide informed consent, No previous knee surgery or history of knee instability

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age more than 50 years, Multiligamentous injury of knee, Osteoarthritis of knee, BMI greater than 30kg/m2Pregnancy or lactation, Neurological, inflammatory or musculoskeletal disorders affecting knee joint
