Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients from 40-75 years diagnosed with Severe Aortic Stenosis or with Left Ventricular Hypertrophy. Patients with comorbidities like diabetes, hypertension, hyperlipidemia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of significant valuvular disease such as Moderate or severe mitral or tricuspid regurgitation Moderate or severe pulmonary hypertension History of atrial fibrillation, flutter or other arrhythmias affecting Left Atrial strain measurements. Previous cardiac surgeries or interventions. Ischemic heart disease patients.
