Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: collegiate male football players playing football atleast 2 years currently playing at collegiate or competitive level free from any lower limb injuries in past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: players with recent injuries major surgery cardi respiratory disease history of any lower limb surgery in last 12 months impairment of spine and lower extremities
