Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed case of Parkinson disease according to Movement Disorder Society criteria or UK Brain Bank criteria. Age 50 to 80 years Both male and female are included Hoehn and Yahr Stage II to IV Experiencing Freezing of Gait confirmed via NFOG-Q Status of ON and OFF State assessment done during OFF state Cognitive function sufficient to understand the instructions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: No acute or unstable medical conditions that could make exercise unsafe example uncontrolled hypertension recent myocardial infarction severe arrhythmia active infections No recent surgeries within the past 6 months or fractures affecting mobility No severe sensory deficits uncorrected vision or vestibular problems that would compromise safety during assessments or exercises Severe musculoskeletal disorders affecting the cervical spine trunk or lower limbs Advanced cognitive impairment like Severe psychiatric disorders example severe depression psychosis that could interfere with participation or comprehension Hoehn and Yahr Stages I and V
