Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with bilateral primary vaginal hydrocele Provided informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent hydrocele Secondary hydrocele due to filarial infection, trauma, or malignancy Co-existing scrotal pathology (e.g., hernia, testicular tumor) Prior ipsilateral scrotal surgery Lords plication is not recommended for thick-walled scrotum

Postoperative Pain. -Visual Analog Scale (VAS, 0 10) Hematoma. - Clinical examination Surgical Site Infection (SSI)-Redness, swelling, discharge Size of scrotum- pre op and post op Semen analysis - pre op and post op Recurrence. -Clinical + Ultrasound at 3 monthsTimepoint: Postoperative Pain. -Visual Analog Scale (VAS, 0 10) Hematoma. - Clinical examination Surgical Site Infection (SSI)-Redness, swelling, discharge Size of scrotum- pre op and post op Semen analysis - pre op and post op Recurrence. -Clinical + Ultrasound at 3 months
