Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female Athlete identified by Athletic Identity Measurement Scale Age 13 to 19 years to reflect the developmental age group Able to understand and communicate in the language used for interviews ex English or Hindi

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Athletes currently undergoing treatment for eating disorders amenorrhea or osteoporosis Athletes not able to understand command Athletes diagnosed with congnitive disability
